Who Wants To Be A Stallionaire slot is part of the Microgaming range
of fruit machine slots, so popular in pubs in the UK. So these games are
aimed at this demographic, although it won't be long until the rest of
the slots playing world catches on to the fun and enjoyment to be had
on these games - also know as AWP slots (amusement with prizes).
Who Wants To Be A Stallionaire Slot adds an extra level of interactivity
with its AWP features. At root it's a basic slot - there are 3 reels and
1 payline, with betting limited to one coin per line. Simplicity itself.
There aren't Wild or Scatter symbols either. Where the fun and extra winnings
come in are with the Nudge and Hold features, and the lapper board feature.
The latter is a mainstay of AWP games - you could liken it to a board
game where you move your symbol along and try to stop it on the most valuable
squares in order to have prizes awarded.
In normal reel play you have extra control over your winning combination
potential using the aforementioned Nudge and Hold features. The former
allows you to nudge the reel one more symbol over once it has stopped
spinning, in order to complete a winning combination. The latter allows
you to hold selected symbols on the reels; again giving you more chance
of completing a winning combination on the next spin. You can also gamble
your Nudges if you are offered this feature. You can accumulate up to
four Nudges in this way.
The lapper board feature trail is triggered by completing a line of Horseshoes
which appear alongside the symbols as overlays on the reels. In this feature
you spin the feature reel. You move around the feature trail dictated
by this reel. You also have a "wedge" which counts down your
moves. If you land on a prize feature on the board, you have the choice
of collecting the prize or spinning the feature reel again. Once the wedge
runs out the feature game ends.
This equestrian themed AWP slot will have you saddling up before you
can say Hi Ho Silver!
