What On Earth has graphics that are out of this world - literally, as
the theme is extra-terrestrials. Planets, rocket ships and flying saucers
dominate, along with, strangely enough, planets all made out of fruit.
This is one wacky slot, that's for sure.
What On Earth Slot finds game supplier Microgaming hauling out its imagination
once again, in this great video slot that has 9 paylines spread over 5
reels. The bet spread is nice and accommodating, as you can bet as little
as 1c a spin, or go up to $1 in coin size for a maximum bet of $45 - you
can bet 5 coins per line. The What On Earth logo is wild, and only substitutes
for 2 of the symbols, except the scatter symbols, which pay adjacent.
To make up for this, there are 3 scatter symbols: the Red and Blue Rocket
Ships, and the Flying Saucer. All of these trigger one of the bonus games.
If you get 3 or more Blue Rocket Ships or Flying Saucers, you get to
play the Beam 'Em Up Contest, where you get to abduct earthlings. In this
game you need to find the Contest symbol first and if you do this you
must try and beam up as many earthlings as you can in the allotted time.
Each of the earthlings has a different prize value - once your time is
up their values are summed and you're awarded a total prize amount. This
can be pretty lucrative, as one of the earthlings alone (a comely bathing
belle) is worth 200x the coins per line and number of paylines you chose
before you entered the bonus game.
The other bonus game is the Destination Bonus. You get to play this
if you get 3 or more Red Rocket Ships. In this game you have to find populated
areas on the earth's globe and then find the special earthlings in their
hometowns - once again so that you can abduct them. If you manage to do
this you win a huge 400x coin and payline settings you chose for the spin
that triggered the bonus game.
Here's hoping you'll get many close encounters of the money kind with
this one. |
