Plans to Release Thunderstruck 2 - 02-10-10

February 10 - Microgaming, the eCOGRA accredited online software provider, which boasts over 450 games in its arsenal, and is considered an industry leader, has announced plans to release its best game yet.

One of Microgaming's flagship games, Thunderstruck Slot, was released in 2003 and since then, players have been captivated by this five reel slot game's mythology theme, with some of the greatest graphics and animations to ever hit the scene.

This week, Microgaming announced plans to roll out the much anticipated sequel to Thunderstruck, after a preview of the game was received with much enthusiasm at this year's International Gaming Expo in London.

"We are truly excited about the release of the sequel to the hugely popular Thunderstruck video slot," said Roger Raatgever, the Chief Executive Officer of Microgaming.

Some of the new features of Thunderstruck 2 include:

• Optimal resolution of 1024 x 768
• Hand painted graphics
• Epic musical score
• Gallery of special features that will appeal to wide demographic audience
• The ability to run four casino games concurrently through multiple in client functions.

"The game will contain unrivaled graphics, innovative game play and the best possible user experience, with an optimal screen resolution of 1024 x 768," said Raatgever. "We expect to see the same level of success from the sequel as we did from the original."
