May 16 - Electracade software gaming developer, well-known in the industry
for its top quality games, including single and multi line slots, Keno and soft
instant gaming, has signed a deal with 888 Holdings that is sure to be a
big hit with online slots fans.
Under the new deal, Electracade will make available 25 of its top
slots and casino games to 888 Holdings, to be integrated onto the company's
platform in a bid to expand its games portfolio. After the initial stage of the
deal, 888 Holdings will have access to over 100 games from Electracade's suite.
As a result of this agreement, 888 Holding shares increased this week on the
London stock exchange.
The CEO of 888 Holdings, Gigi Levy was naturally pleased with the new deal
and saw enormous potential. "As part of the continued execution of our strategy
to select "best-of-breed" partners to provide us with additional games, I am
delighted that this agreement enables us to access Electracade's soft and
instant games portfolio which is complimentary to our existing internally
developed gaming portfolio," he said. "Electrocade's agile development
technologies, with games in 23 languages, will allow us to introduce yet more
choice in entertainment to our fast growing global community of players."
"We are delighted to be supporting such an industry leading brand in the
deployment of the Electracade portfolio," said MD of Electracade, Mark Paling.
"Developing products that the end users want to play only works if we can secure
a solid distribution model, and 888's current and future player base is a major
opportunity for Electracade."
